What is SnackDesi?


SnackDesi is a brand that celebrates the rich diversity of Indian flavors through a curated range of traditional and fusion snacks. From crispy street-style namkeens to modern takes on regional favorites, we bring the taste of India to your doorstep.

What kind of snacks does SnackDesi offer?

We offer a curated mix of Indian snacks – both classic and contemporary. Think crunchy namkeens, spicy blends, fusion trail mixes, baked munchies, and seasonal desi treats.

Are your snacks vegetarian or vegan?

All our products are 100% vegetarian. Vegan options are marked clearly in each product description.

Do your snacks contain preservatives or additives?

We keep things natural. Most of our snacks are made in small batches with no artificial colors or unnecessary preservatives.

Are there gluten-free options?

Yes! We offer several gluten-free snacks. Use the filter on our Shop page or check product labels for details.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across India and offer international shipping to select countries.

How long does delivery take?

Within India: 3–7 working days


International: 7–15 working days

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to view order status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in select pin codes

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us at support@snackdesi.com ASAP.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll make it right – refund, replace, or credit.

Do you offer gift boxes or festive hampers?

Yes! We have customizable gift boxes for birthdays, Diwali, weddings, and corporate events. Check out our Gifting page or contact us for bulk orders.

Do you handle corporate or bulk snack orders?

Absolutely! Email us at bulk@snackdesi.com with your requirements, and we’ll create a custom package.

Can I subscribe to monthly snack deliveries?

Coming soon! We’re working on a subscription box so you can enjoy new desi snacks every month. Stay tuned.
